Event Vines recently collaborated with Wanderlust Yoga to style their Downtown yoga studio for their team holiday party. We brought in vendors who align with Wanderlust’s brand and the industrial style of the interior to transform the space for a night of holiday fun!
The Vendors
We teamed up with Party at the Moontower Rentals and Posey Floral & Event Design to help bring our vision to life! Event Vines’ styling and brand experience team, Natalie Holzem and Callie Ogden coordinated the curation of vendors, design details, and overall vibe for this festive photoshoot and event. The talented, Aubré Salas of GypcGirl Photography shot the pre-event photos and edited them.
The Venue
Wanderlust is a beautiful raw event space in the warehouse district of downtown Austin. The space has two private rooms, a retail boutique, and a lobby with a built-in bar and lounge. At nearly 6,000 square feet, with 14 foot ceilings, this spacious venue is a versatile event facility with unique design details. With exposed wood rafters and a modern bohemian style, the space gave us a perfect canvas to work with for the occasion. Learn more and book this venue here using Event Vines.
Earth Elements That Flow
The event and photoshoot were held in Wanderlust’s large studio space, which features round driftwood pendants, a stage with rustic wood siding, and a sliding barn door. The raw materials create an earthy and intimate vibe, which we complemented by mixing metallics with fur to produce a luxurious yet playful effect. We picked furniture and decor from Party at the Moontower, to create a modern look and added a splash of Boho flare with the use of various textiles, metal lanterns, and antiqued votives. Posey provided metallic bud vases with neutral floral to pepper throughout, which truly pulled the whole look together.
Good Vibe Tribe
There’s something to be said about the energy of Wanderlust—the good vibes are palpable. The community, teachers, and owners put love into everything they produce, which is evident in the details of this studio design and its programming. All of the vendors that we selected to participate in this project share this positive and go-with-the-flow spirit that makes collaborating fun and worry-free.
