Three tiers of Event Vines’ tribe members: Event Vines has researched and listed all venues and vendors in Austin, which can be found within our online directory, making all options easily accessible and searchable to event planners and hosts. Our vision is to unite the event industry online – organizing the important details that help influence an client’s decision on a choice of venue of vendor. Event professionals are invited to submit or claim their business listings. There is a vetting process to make sure that they’re indeed associated with the business, and that they are up to Event Vines’ listing standards. - LITE and PRO memberships: These paying members can access the same features of FREE members, plus an enhanced account dashboard and a multitude of benefits:
- Their business listing(s) attract more internet traffic through targeted SEO and Social Media tools
- LITE and PRO listings show up on Page 1 of search results in our directory
- Users can easily find LITE and PRO members on the Featured Venues and Featured Vendors pages
- Featured venue and vendor members are the only business listings that have photos and detailed descriptions displayed, which emits professionalism
- LITE and PRO members benefit from regularly being featured in Event Vines’ social media posts, newsletters and seasonal Featured Venue and Vendor Catalogs
- Additionally, PRO members can upload videos and sell specific promotions, products and packages on the EV Offers + Events page.
- PRO members who list items EV Offers + Events benefit from increased marketing exposure through advertising features in Event Vines newsletters and on our social media
- Event Vines hosts co-branded events to increase local brand awareness, showcasing PRO venue and vendor members
- FREE memberships: FREE members benefit from being considered a part of the Event Vines tribe, and exposure to additional perks:
- Their business listing(s) are displayed in our directory, but they do not receive the benefit of business descriptions, photos and other PRO & LITE features
- Leads from users’ quote request form submissions are sent directly to their email inbox, which speeds up the booking process *subject to commission – tiered based on membership type
- FREE members can access a user dashboard where they can moderate reviews and update their amenities and categories
