Callie teaches yoga to empower her students to create a happier and healthier self. She believes that living in the moment and paying attention to the movement of breath and energy while practicing yoga inspires transformation in the body, mind and soul. This is what led Callie to yoga, and combined with her passion for helping others, she was led to teach.
